REPROGRAPHICS ORDER FORM

If you would like to send us your digital Cad file, please download the form found here; then follow the directions below. Right click on the link above and choose "Save Target As" and save to a directory on your computer.

This form will replace the preprinted order forms that you currently use to send Plans to Techpro Printing, Inc. for printing. Instead of filling out the order form by hand, you will open this Word Doc, fill out the form on the computer, print a copy, attach it to your original documents, and email it to us HERE. The nice thing about filling out the order form in Word, is that it automates the process, you can save your Company name and address information within the Word Document, and you can print an extra copy for your reference, on each order. Try using it, and you'll probably never go back to "paper" order forms. This form has been designed to make everything "automated"

PREPRESS FILE FORM

This is a PDF form that opens in Acrobat. It is used with files that need to be output to film or color proofs. Any Pre-Press. Before submitting file to Techpro via email or bringing to us, please download this form, fill out and include it with the Digital File. Whether it be negatives, positives or color proofs, please Download THIS FORM. (Right click and choose "Save Target As" and choose a directory on your computer. Save and then you can open the file using Adobe Acrobat.)

Work & Turn File Example

SAMPLE "WORK & TURN" File - A PDF file to show how you would lay out a job when it is requested that you supply your artwork to us as work and turn. This is a common request if you have a two sided 8.5x11 form. In larger quantities, we would actually print the order on an 11x17 signature. If this is the case, it is usually much easier and less expensive if we print both the front and the back on the same side, flip the paper and then print the same image on the back where the tail matches up with the head. We have found it much easier to actually show the customer what we are talking about, so this small, easy to see PDF file will show you the basic idea of a "WORK AND TURN" File.
